Chiclayo
Après avoir passé avec succès la frontière, nous arrivons au Pérou. Notre première impression est que les paysages sont vraiment différents de l’Equateur. Le paysage est plutôt désertique avec des dunes un peu partout. La première ville ou nous faisons étape est Chiclayo qui se situe à 20 minutes de la cote. La ville est plutôt jolie. Mais ceux qui nous a marqué est le bon accueil des péruviens. A notre arrivée en marchant dans la rue, les gens nous ont lancé des « Welcome » un peu partout et nous ont aidés à trouver notre chemin. Sur un site archéologique, nous avons eu droit à une mamie qui était avec sa famille et qui est venu nous demander si on pouvait prendre une photo avec elle. Vraiment cool. A confirmer par la suite …
Pimentel
Après les nombreuses heures de bus, nous avons décidé d’aller faire un petit tour à la plage pour se détendre. Elle se situe à 20 minutes de Chiclayo.
Donc direction Pimentel.
Mais pour y aller quel sketch. On a fait la connaissance des Combi (mini bus) péruvien. Entre les cris des chauffeurs pour indiquer la ville où va le bus et le mec qui fait payer qui te forcerai presque à monter dans son bus même si tu veux pas aller dans cette ville-là. Bref on a bien rigolé et facilement trouvé un Combi.
Arrivé à Pimentel, très belle surprise. Plage très sympathique avec un magnifique ponton qui s’avance dans la mer et où les pécheurs sont très nombreux. Ils pêchent soit directement avec un fils de pèche (sans canne à pêche) depuis le ponton ou depuis un espèce de kayak en bambou.
Musée Sipan à Lambayeque
Le lendemain, nous sommes allés à Lambayeque pour aller visiter le musée Sipan qui contient une large collection archéologique de la civilisation MOCHICAS avec même des momies retrouvées dans les pyramides.
Malheureusement interdiction de prendre des photos durant les visites.
Tucume
Puis nous sommes allées visiter les pyramides Mochicas à Tucume.
Malheureusement avec le temps et la pluie elles se sont détériorées et ressemble plus à des montagnes qu’à des pyramides.
Les constructions sont faites à bases de briques constitués de boue séchées. Et les habitants utilisent encore cette technique aujourd’hui. Du coup les maisons résistent au maximum une cinquantaine d’année.
Cette visite fut aussi pour nous l’occasion de tester les mototaxis.
On a pu voir aussi sur le site les fameux chiens nus du Pérou (sans poil).
Batagrande
Dernière visite au alentours de chiclayo, le site de Batagrande. Toujours des pyramides MOCHICAS mais dans un autres cadres avec beaucoup plus de végétation.
C'est pendant cette visite qu'on s’est vraiment rendu compte que dans le nord du Pérou les étrangers étaient rares et que les touristes étaient surtout péruviens car une mamie a voulu prendre une photo avec nous car je pense elle n’avait quasiment jamais vu d’européen.
